Casey EarnstCasey Ernstes is an Associate Consultant at Plenty, where she enables our clients to accomplish their missions through authentic, creative, and inclusive fundraising strategies and campaigns. Her passion for peer-to-peer fundraising originates from ten years’ experience managing an Independent Fundraising Event that she co-founded in 2004; that boots-on-the-ground knowledge helps her translate high level strategy to nitty-gritty tactics.

AErin Fischer picture may be worth a thousand words, but Erin Fischer finds that picture in-hand or not, she is never at a loss for them. A conversationalist by nature, Erin made the jump from the Buckeye State to the Windy City after graduating from Miami University with a degree in Business Marketing. After gaining experience in digital marketing, event planning, and sales she found her way to Event 360. There, with a Starbucks in-hand, she refined her skills as part of the Sales and Marketing team and gained in-depth exposure to the peer-to-peer fundraising industry. She has taken this knowledge, a creative mindset, and her Spotify obsession with her to Plenty. As the Marketing Manager, Erin leads Plenty’s marketing initiatives while driving Plenty’s impact on the nonprofit sector. When she isn’t busy growing Plenty’s nonprofit network she can be found among the crowd at almost any concert in Chicago, petting someone else’s dog, buried in a new book, or writing for our blog.
