Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time up to Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Please complete the substitution form if you would like to transfer your registration to one of your colleagues. 

Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds or credits will be determined by when cancellations are received:

  • Before January 11, 2023: Eligible for 100% refund

  • January 12 – February 14, 2023: Eligible for a refund less a $150 administrative fee

  • February 15 – February 21, 2023: Eligible for 100% credit good for one year to be applied to membership or the 2024 conference

  • After February 21, 2023: Not eligible for a refund

If Cause Marketing Forum, Inc. converts the 2023 event from a physical to a virtual conference, then CMFI will refund registrants 66% of the registration fee they had paid for the physical conference.
