All conference activities will take place in the heart of Philadelphia at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown (1201 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107). The Opening General Session starts at 2 pm ET on Wednesday, February 21. To allow time to navigate the PHL airport, check in to your hotel room and stop by registration, we recommend booking flights to arrive by 12 pm ET.
For first-time attendees, we will also be hosting a Meet & Greet session at 1 pm ET so you’ll want to arrive even earlier.
The final conference session ends at 11:45 am ET on Friday, February 23. To allow ample time for travel to the airport and navigating security lines, we recommend booking flights departing after 2 pm ET.

Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time up to Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Please complete the substitution form if you would like to transfer your registration to one of your colleagues.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds or credits will be determined by when cancellations are received.
Before January 10, 2024: Eligible for 100% refund
January 11 – February 11, 2024: Eligible for a refund less a $150 administrative fee
February 12 – February 20, 2024: Eligible for 100% credit good for one year that can be applied to membership or toward the 2025 conference
After February 20, 2024: Not eligible for a refund
If Cause Marketing Forum, Inc. converts the 2024 event from a physical to a virtual conference, then CMFI will refund registrants 66% of the registration fee they paid for the physical conference.
