Independent Fundraising Event (IFE) programs are already in place in numerous nonprofit organization’s fundraising strategies. Despite the growing importance of these programs, very little has been known about their overall role. Until now.

Kelley Hohl is The Humane Society of the United States’ online producer, online fundraising. She joined The Humane SocieKelley (Barr) Hohlty of the United States, the nation’s largest animal protection organization, in 2011 as a member of the Online Communications team. After a year of producing online content and managing the online DRTV program, Kelley moved into the role of online fundraising strategist. She now manages special fundraising projects, such as the multi-channel year-end fundraising campaign and the myHumane peer-to-peer fundraising program.

Donna Wilkins, founder and CEO of Charity Dynamics, has worked with hundreds of organizations to implement online solutions with the ultimate goal of providing her clients the tools and confidence they need to be successful. She has worked with large national organizations with events across the country and small local events. Personally, Donna has participated in several fundraising events and raised over $10,000 from friends and family to support several organizations.
