P2P Meetups

One of the best things about peer-to-peer fundraising is its strong sense of community and spirit of collaboration. P2P Meetups bring that energy to local communities by creating opportunities for peer-to-peer fundraising professionals to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships with others who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of the profession.

Whether you’re new to the field or have years of experience leading successful programs, Meetups give you the chance to expand your network, discover new ideas, and connect with peers beyond your own organization.

P2P Meetups FAQs

Business casual. Come comfortable and ready to connect with your P2P peers!

There is no set limit on how many people from one organization can attend. However, space is limited and we want to make sure there’s room for professionals from a variety of organizations. If you’re planning to bring a larger group, we encourage you to register early.

We recently updated our membership system. If you haven’t logged in to the new Member Info Hub, you’ll need to create a new login before you can register for the Meetup for free as a P2P Forum member.

If you’re still having trouble accessing your account, email askus@peertopeerforum.com and we’ll be happy to help.

No. P2P Meetups are designed to be highly interactive, with plenty of conversation, peer sharing, and small-group discussion. Any presentation materials will be shared with attendees after the event.

We want everyone to feel comfortable and fully able to participate in P2P Meetups. If you have accessibility needs, require accommodations during the program, or have food allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of for the happy hour, please let us know in advance.

Contact the P2P Forum team at askus@peertopeerforum.com and we’ll work with you and the venue to determine how we can best support your participation.

We hope to host 6–8 P2P Meetups each year beginning in 2027. We’ll select cities based on where we have strong concentrations of P2P professionals, with the goal of bringing these gatherings to more communities across the U.S. and Canada.

Interested in bringing a P2P Meetup to your city? Email askus@peertopeerforum.com to tell us more about your local P2P community.

We’d love to hear it! Please email askus@peertopeerforum.com along with a brief description of what you’d like to see covered.
