- Nancy Damato is the Senior National Director of Signature Events at the Parkinson’s Foundation, where she leads the strategy and growth of Moving Day, the Foundation’s nationwide walk program. With more than two decades of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, Nancy has a strong track record of building successful, mission-driven campaigns and empowering teams across the country to reach ambitious goals. Her leadership has helped scale Moving Day into a national movement, bringing thousands of people together each year to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson’s disease. Nancy is passionate about fundraising, innovation, and collaboration, and is dedicated to creating impactful event experiences that foster community engagement and drive meaningful results.

Ronald A. Flippin, II
Senior Client Success Manager,
Hustle
Ronald Flippin, II, known as Flip, is a Senior Client Success Manager who partners primarily with Hustle’s nonprofit and higher education clients. His mission is not only to ensure they know how to navigate and maximize Hustle’s service offerings but also to strategize on how to best connect with their audience. Being raised by two lifelong educators who have not only taught in the classroom but have fought in the court for their students has given him a special appreciation for the power of community, varying communication styles, and the importance of knowing our history. Before joining the Hustle team, Flip obtained his degree in Chemistry from NC State and spent several years coaching, teaching, and mentoring students as well as working directly in sales and marketing at various organizations.
