CRITICAL DEADLINES

COMP SPEAKER REGISTRATION

We are happy to offer complimentary registration for nonprofit speakers. Use the button above to register as a speaker. The registration system does require each attendee to have an account in our P2PPF database. To check if you have an account in our system, enter your email address in the Existing Member portion of the form and click ‘Forgot Password’. If you do NOT already have an account, you will need to create an account as a new user in order to access this complimentary registration form.

Please Note: Each person has to register using their own username and password (including creating it if they don’t have one) or the person who wants to register them has to have the username and password of the person being registered.

If you have any registration issues, please email Melissa Montera

SESSION OVERVIEW

Our objective is to place a strong emphasis on the process – as opposed to just results – to demonstrate for attendees how a similar effort could be implemented at their organization. Providing 2-3 key takeaways and tangible resources (e.g. worksheets or sample materials) is highly encouraged.

Breakout Sessions

The total time allotted for breakout sessions is 45 minutes, which should include ample time for small group discussion among peers and report-outs to the group. (Example: 15-minute presentation, 20-minute discussion, 10-minute report-out)

Summits

The total time allotted for the summits is 90 minutes, which includes three (3) 20-minute presentations, as well as time for breaks, small group discussion among peers and report-outs to the group.

Logistics

Each room will have a projector, screen, podium, 2 microphones and the necessary dongles/ cables to connect to laptops. Speakers are asked to run their presentations from their own laptops. Rooms will be set up in rounds of 10 people with paper & pens on tables.

Room walk-throughs will be available on Tuesday, Feb. 24 – prior to the opening session.

PRESENTATIONS

Templates

All presentations should be built using the conference presentation template, which is available for download via Dropbox.  The presentation includes additional assets (icons, logos, backgrounds) on the last 2 slides for use as you customize your deck.

Submitting your Presentations
Presentations are due Friday, February 13. Please clearly name your presentation (Speaker – Organization – Session Title) and upload to the “P2PForum26 Presentation Submission” Dropbox folder
