WEDNESDAY: ARRIVE BY 12 PM ET
The Opening General Session starts at 2 pm ET on Wednesday, February 21. To allow time to navigate the PHL airport, check in to your hotel room and stop by registration, we recommend booking flights to arrive by 12 pm ET. For first-time attendees, we will also be hosting a Meet & Greet session at 1 pm ET so you’ll want to arrive even earlier.
FRIDAY: DEPART AFTER 2 PM ET
The final conference session ends at 11:45 am ET on Friday, February 23. To allow ample time for travel to the airport and navigating security lines, we recommend booking flights departing after 2 pm ET.
